Pair of identical mirror-image Art Deco apartment buildings, signed and dated 1936 by the architect Fernand Meert. The façades in yellow brick and artificial stone are chiefly articulated by horizontal elements: broad artificial-stone breastworks and wide rectangular windows. In the side bays, loggias with rounded parapets continue the breastworks and are topped by tubular handrails. The two Art Deco entrance doors are original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
