Art Deco house, signed and dated on the plinth by the architect Fernand Meert, 1937. On a bluestone plinth, the two-storey façade, faced in orange brick and render, has a flat roof. On the upper floor, a bow window has three windows with vertically pivoting frames beneath a transom with stained glass. The front door and garage door are of metal, and both joinery and ironwork are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
