Art Deco town house built in 1931 by the architect C. Beautrix. The three-storey brick façade, the top level in a pseudo-mansard, is enlivened by bluestone and white stone elements. Above a garage door, a two-storey trapezoidal oriel marks the main bay. The dormer, opening onto a small balcony, is flanked by two stylised corner stones, and a small balcony with a tubular railing lies to the right of the oriel. The building is recorded in the inventory.
