Art Deco house of flats of asymmetrical composition, designed by the architect J. Hommens, 1935. The façade is faced in yellow brick on a bluestone base and crowned by an entablature in white imitation stone. Its bays are framed by giant pilasters and pierced by rectangular windows with transom lights divided by horizontal glazing bars. The door has Art Deco geometric decoration, and the woodwork and cornice are original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
