Art Deco town house built in 1930 by the architect Marcel Spittael. The two-storey façade under a mansard, in orange brick and white stone, originally featured a trapezoidal wooden oriel, replaced in 1952 by a stone bay and a rectangular window. The wrought-iron entrance door is flanked by jambs with chevron decoration, beneath a canopy with built-in lighting and a keystone carved with a stylised basket of flowers. The wide dormer repeats the same chevrons, and the joinery is original. The building is recorded in the inventory.
