Art Deco apartment building signed and dated on the façade by the architect François Van Meulecom, 1923. The three-bay, five-storey elevation, with an attic top floor, plays on projections and recesses: a central loggia, and oriels on the first two floors of the side bays, each supporting a small terrace. The polychromy combines bluestone, white imitation stone and red brick; on the ground floor, a small central window is flanked by two round-arched openings.
