On the corner of Rue Franz Merjay, this Art Deco house was designed in 1928 by the architect Jacques Saintenoy. Its red-brick façades, trimmed with white stone on a bluestone base, rise two storeys beneath a slate mansard roof. On the avenue side, a wrought-iron door sheltered by a suspended canopy is topped by a small wrought-iron balcony; on the street side, a boundary wall leads to a garage with chauffeur's quarters. The joinery and the front-garden railing survive.
