Large Art Deco town house designed in 1925 by the architect Jean Hendrickx for a doctor; the façade bears his signature. Beneath a slate mansard, the three-storey elevation of unequal heights is built of grey brick laid in patterns and reliefs, set off by a few white stone elements. Windows with canted corners, a wide round-arched window on the first floor and a small triangular oriel on a corbel enliven an asymmetrical composition. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
