Rising six storeys plus a seventh in the mansard, the façade of yellow brick and painted concrete has three wide bays each treated as an oriel, curved at the sides and trapezoidal in the centre, decorated with mouldings of stylised fruit and foliage. Each floor holds a spacious flat with three rooms facing the street and three at the rear, with the staircase, a large hall and the bathroom in the centre.
