Apartment building with a shop, designed by the architect Léopold Thomé in 1935, which contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. Its façade in white brick and reconstituted stone (or cement render) is decorated with geometric motifs; the commercial ground floor retains its shop windows with slender metal frames and its entrances recessed in a porch lit by a light box. The upper levels are marked by a trapezoidal bow window beneath a stepped crowning, wrought-iron railings with a flower-basket motif in front of each window, and original cross-shaped moulded window frames on the second and third levels.
