Imposing apartment building with two shops on the ground floor, signed by the architect Léopold Thomé and dated 1935, which contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. Its symmetrical five-bay, six-level façade, in brick and reconstituted white stone, is framed by two trapezoidal bow windows topped by balconies with wrought-iron railings in a flower-basket motif. On the top level, set into the roof, the three central bays form a stepped frontispiece, and the decoration combines stylised plant scrolls with friezes of half-cylinders. The original window frames survive on the three lower levels.
