Contributing to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district, this brick building was erected in 1936 by the architect Émile Dickschen for Mr Joset. It has three levels, the first of which, used for commerce, has been altered. On the upper floors, a rounded bow window is topped by a terrace reached through the large masonry dormer of the roof's false mansard. The decoration relies on the brickwork and on green faience tiles with gilded edges that outline the window jambs and form pilasters on corbels on the bow window.
