Signed by Léopold Thomé and dated 1936, this house contributes to the Art Deco unity of the Carmes district. The commercial ground floor retains its original shopfront, which combines marble panels and slender metal frames set with coloured stained glass around a kind of miniature arcade lit by an illuminated box at the top. The facade of yellow brick and painted reconstituted stone, decorated with flower and spiral motifs, carries a bow window over two storeys, topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing featuring a basket motif. The original wooden window frames have been preserved.
