Located in the curve of rue des Croisiers towards rue des Carmes, this apartment building with two shops on the ground floor contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. It is signed by the architect Léopold Thomé and dated 1935 on the central porch. Its symmetrical three-bay façade, in brick and reconstituted limestone, is marked by two bow windows framing a slightly projecting central section. A heavy cornice forms terraces with wrought-iron railings in front of the masonry dormers of the mansard slope, topped by a second row of wooden dormers.
