A house incorporating a shop, built in 1933 by the architect Léonce Lebrun, which contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. Its three-storey elevation in brick and limestone is pierced by two bays of windows between pilasters; of the original pointed (spur-shaped) window frames, only the central colonnettes survive. The facade is enlivened by coloured bricks and by the reliefs created by their bonding, which are echoed in the profile of the projecting timber cornice.

Translated from the French original.
