Immeuble de la rue des Carmes — Jean Delooz

An apartment building with two shops, designed in 1933 by the architect Jean Delooz. Its symmetrical white cast-stone façade has six bays, including two trapezoidal bow windows rising into the roof; spirals, roundels and rounded corners form a decoration typical of the Carmes district, and the original wooden window frames and ironwork survive.
