An Art Deco apartment building designed in 1924 by the architect Fernand Bodson. On a reinforced-concrete frame, the asymmetrical five-storey façade, the top storey an attic beneath a mansard, is in Euville stone with brick on the upper levels; an oriel on a geometric corbel enlivens the second bay, and a bow window added to the attic in 1935 weakens the original composition. The generously glazed doors retain their original grilles; inside, a large hall with a terrazzo floor leads to the lift and staircase, each floor holding one large flat arranged around a small central courtyard. The property is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory, without protection.
