An Art Deco apartment building by the architect Alexis Dumont, dated “Anno 1927”. The six-storey, five-bay façade, in red brick lavishly trimmed with white stone, is punctuated in every other bay by a scalloped oriel topped by a terrace, and enlivened by balconies and small balconies with ironwork. The entrance door is of wrought iron and the front setback retains its original railings. The building is not protected; it is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
