Designed in 1924 by the architect Robert Soebert for Suzanne Klecker, this apartment building is in the Art Deco style. Only half of the symmetrical design was built, because a large building for De Vries, also drawn by Soebert, was started next door a year later. It has four storeys under a mansard roof, with a three-sided oriel running the full height in the entrance bay and a wide window bay set in a round-arched recessed wall panel. It stands in the Zurenborg district, protected as an urban site.
