An apartment building designed in 1925 in the Art Deco style by the architect Robert Soebert for Willem De Vries, an Antwerp diamond dealer. Symmetrical in composition, it has three wide bays and six storeys under a mansard roof. The ground floor forms a base clad in white natural stone, while the rendered and painted upper floors are articulated by continuous semicircular bay windows and wrought-iron balustrades.
