Art Deco town house designed in 1930 by the architect Robert Soebert for Oscar Hacke, a cabinetmaker specialising in café interiors. The three-storey façade under a mansard roof combines a brick gable with a colossal white-stone oriel and loggia, set within a full-width surround with undulating contours. This bel-étage house is reached through an entrance and stair hall placed to the side.
