Art Deco apartment building on the corner of Avenue Guillaume Gilbert, designed in 1935 by and for the architects Alexis Dumont and Marcel Van Goethem, who signed the façade. It has seven storeys under a flat roof, with a stone-faced ground floor and upper floors in yellow brick. A rounded corner bay links the two bays on the square to the three bays on the avenue. On the corner, the original ironwork entrance door opens onto a circular hall and is surmounted by a series of curved balconies with metal railings. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
