Art Deco apartment building erected in 1935 by the architect Lucien De Vestel for the S.A. Bruxelloise Immobilière d'entreprises. Its orange-brick elevation rises nine storeys under a flat roof, the top three stepped back. On the ground floor, the central entrance door is flanked by two garage doors, all sheltered by a triangular brick canopy. The first six floors are fronted by two triangular oriels with window frames of the same plan; the joinery partly survives. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
