Maison Art déco, avenue des Phalènes 17

An Art Deco house dated 1932, recorded in the inventory. Its elevation of two unequal, offset bays rises three storeys above a blue-stone base pierced by a garage. The façade combines bricks with recessed joints and white imitation-stone render; the main bay is fronted by a projection on a polygonal plan. On the upper floors the entrance bay has cross-mullioned windows with stained glass, set within a single, slightly curved wall plane. The grilled, round-arched front door sits in a surround beneath a curved cornice.
