Art Deco townhouse of asymmetrical composition, dated 1932. Its rendered façade, punctuated by bluestone elements, is animated by stepped projections and topped by a flat roof. The wrought-iron front door and the small high window beside it are sheltered by a stone canopy on brackets, and a semi-sunken garage completes the house. The window frames have been replaced; the house is set behind a front strip partly laid out as a small garden, enclosed by a railing on a bluestone base.
