An Art Deco apartment building designed in 1932 by the architect Arthur Meuleman for the contractor A. Davaux. The four-storey elevation under a mansard roof combines a ground floor in ochre Montauban sandstone with brick upper floors set off with white imitation stone, with a central oriel on a corbel and trapezoidal balconies in the side bays. Fine scrolled ironwork adorns the railings and gates; the joinery survives, and a window in the side passage has a stained-glass panel with a stylised fountain motif. The building has been recorded in the statutory inventory since 19 August 2024.
