Art Deco apartment building erected in 1929 by the architect Clément Abeloos, on the corner of rue Garibaldi and rue de Savoie (no. 75). Its five-storey elevation has three bays on rue de Savoie, a canted bay and two bays on rue Garibaldi, in brick enhanced with rendered white imitation-stone elements. The low ground floor is partly in white stone rubble, bluestone and rendered concrete, with a round-arched metal door. The canted bay is treated as an engaged turret on the middle floors, and the end bays are fronted by an oriel on a trapezoidal plan. The building is recorded in the inventory.
