Art Deco building erected in 1931 by the architect Gontier, on the corner of rue de Savoie (no. 114). An earlier design drawn by the architect Jean Hebbelynck in 1929 was abandoned during construction, and the present building was raised on the existing masonry. Its three-storey elevation under a mansard has corbelled upper floors in brick and rendered elements, above a rendered ground floor pierced by polygonal openings linked by a band. The wide canted bay is pierced by three paired rectangular windows joined by two windows with half depressed arches, beneath a tall roughcast entablature frieze. The building is recorded in the inventory.
