An Art Deco apartment building on the corner of Rue de Savoie, designed in 1926 by the architect Pierre Meewis for his own use. Its original treatment of the corner recalls the house the architect Pierre Verbruggen designed for himself in 1924. Above a ground floor forming a canted projecting block, three set-back upper floors have white artificial-stone façades articulated by projecting bands and surrounds, beneath a widely projecting concrete cornice. The ground-floor doors and windows are fitted with Art Deco ironwork; the building is recorded in the legal inventory.
