Art Deco apartment building dated 1926, on the corner of Rue de Savoie. The brick façade, enhanced with white imitation stone and bluestone above a rubble plinth, has four storeys, with two unequal bays on either side of a canted corner bay. On Rue de Savoie there is an ornate metal door. The side bays carry balconies of curved outline on corbels, while the bays flanking the corner are fronted by oriels, one rectangular and one curved, each supporting a terrace. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
