Art Deco block of flats designed by the architect Pierre Netels in 1928 and dated "1929" on the entablature, with two mirror-image flats on each floor. The symmetrical three-storey façade under a flat roof, in orange brick set off with white imitation stone and bluestone, is marked over the full height of the side bays by trapezoidal projections under hipped roofs. On the axis, a small stepped entrance porch carries an entablature decorated with apples in low relief, and the recessed central bays of the upper floors are separated by a grooved pilaster. The balustraded attic parapet is marked in the centre by a curved crest whose tympanum shows, amid roses, a couple leaning against a cartouche bearing the date. The door with geometric grilled openings and part of the front garden railing survive; the building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
