Art Deco apartment building on the corner of boulevard Émile Bockstael, whose ground floor originally housed a café, built in 1930 by the architect Pierre Netels. Together with nos. 4 and 6, it forms a particularly coherent row of buildings. The four-storey façade, in red brick, Euville imitation stone and bluestone, has a triangular oriel beneath a matching cornice in each bay of the upper floors, separated by grooved pilasters. The ground-floor openings have cut upper corners, and the private door retains its geometric grille.
