Apartment building in an Art Deco spirit, erected in 1931 to designs by the architect-contractor Jean-Florian Collin. The six-storey rendered façade, enlivened by brick piers, opens through a recessed bluestone porch. The two outer bays are marked on the upper floors by a trapezoidal oriel crowned by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, beneath a cornice topped by a tall attic band; the Jaspar lift in an open shaft is original. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage, without legal protection.
