Art Deco apartment building constructed in 1938 by the architect Léon Janlet on the site of two houses by the architect Émile Janlet. The six-storey, three-bay elevation has a ground floor faced with travertine, with a renewed shop window, the recessed private entrance, an oculus and a garage entrance. The upper floors combine white stone, yellow brick and white imitation-stone bands; the projecting central bay has openings with paired-column jambs, continued above the entablature by small paired-colonnette finials. The windows retain their original tripartite frames, and the entrance hall is paved with red marble and panelled in grey marble. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
