Art Deco apartment building resulting from the 1931 conversion of a neoclassical house dating from 1870. Its rendered façade, imitating white stone, has four storeys marked by string courses and two unequal bays separated by a vertical groove. The rectangular door, topped by a hexagonal transom light, retains its original wrought-iron grille, as does the transom. A characteristic decoration of stepped fluting adorns the transoms and the entablature, beneath a strongly projecting cornice. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
