Art Deco town house designed in 1937 by the architect Ottelohé. The two-storey façade in yellow brick, with some sections laid on edge, is set off with white stone and rendered concrete. The recessed entrance porch, with curved walls beneath a flat canopy, carries a column faced with black and gold ceramic marking the corner of the ground-floor window. The upper floor is occupied by a bay with a curved corner, pierced by a ribbon window ending in a semicircle and topped by a canopy following the shape of the opening. The joinery survives, with leaded and coloured glazing; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
