Art Deco town house designed in 1938 by the architect D. Costermans, whose signature and date "D. COSTERMANS / ARCH. 39" appear on the ground floor. It has two storeys beneath a mansard roof and a brown-brick façade with emphasised horizontal joints. The recessed entrance porch, on a trapezoidal plan, opens beneath a rendered round arch incorporating two lanterns. The windows have black ceramic sills and brown ceramic surrounds; on the upper floor, a ribbon window with two mullions is in copper-tinted chamotte stoneware. The house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
