Art Deco town house designed in 1935 by the architect Victor De Smedt, whose signature and date appear on the front-garden wall. The asymmetrical two-storey elevation beneath a mansard roof is in yellow brick with emphasised horizontal joints, set off with bluestone, with bricks laid on edge for the lintels and curved corners. On the left, a bay has one curved corner and another marked by two stacks of three quarter-circle concrete slabs. The wooden dormers are linked by a single cornice with successive steps. The door with its grilled opening and the window frames survive, and the front-garden fence has railings with geometric decoration; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
