Art Deco mansion built after a 1930 building permit application to plans by the architect F. Lalieux. The brick façade on a bluestone base, of three storeys and two bays, is enlivened by brackets, friezes and surrounds in imitation stone, and its upper floors are framed by fluted lesenes. On the ground floor, a wide stained-glass window sits beside a recessed entrance closed by an iron gate and pierced by a remarkable panelled door in pâte de verre fitted with ironwork. The piano nobile has a trapezoidal projecting bay topped by a balcony, beneath a curved cornice between dies. The building is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
