House built in the Art Deco style following a 1933 building-permit application, the executed building differing slightly from the submitted design; it has a side passage on the right. The façade of yellow brick, concrete and roughcast has three bays on two storeys, framed by stepped giant pilasters with papyriform capitals. The rectangular openings have characteristic glazing divisions, and the central bay is taken up by a continuous trapezoidal bow window. The door and transom light are fitted with ironwork, under a flat terrace roof; the house is recorded in the inventory of architectural heritage.
