Art Deco house built in 1924 to designs by the architects Ch. Masquin and H. Homez. Above a bluestone plinth, the ground floor has a triple window and an arched door. The first floor carries a bow window with three rectangular openings, followed by a French window behind a rounded balcony. The top storey, set within a gable with shaped rakes, opens through a small overhanging loggia on a stepped corbel, and two piers with geometric capitals frame the façade from the first floor upwards. The house is recorded in the inventory.
