House built in the Art Deco style following a 1923 building permit application, by the architect Léon Legrand. The brick façade, crossed by imitation-stone bands, has three storeys over a high basement and two bays of unequal width, under a flat roof. The projecting left-hand bay is lit by triple windows and features on the main floor a trapezoidal bow window topped by a balcony. The door sits beneath a curved drip moulding whose tympanum is decorated with a plant motif. The basement was converted for commercial use in 1932 by the architect Frank L. Janssen; the house is recorded in the inventory.
