Art Deco house designed by the architects M. Derneden and A. Mineur in 1927. The asymmetrical elevation, under a mansard roof, combines a blue-stone ground floor with brick upper floors featuring imitation-stone elements. On the upper floors of the main bay the windows are grouped in threes; the bay ends in a dormer with a curved gable. The first floor is marked by a trapezoidal projecting bay topped by a terrace with a wrought-iron railing, and the door is also of wrought iron. The house is recorded in the inventory.
