An imposing apartment building that the architect Émile Dickschen erected in 1932-1933 on his own account, in partnership with Malvaux. Closer to the Amsterdam School, the dark brick façade is articulated by stepped limestone pilasters and two three-storey bow windows framing a trapezoidal central section; the attic storey is pierced with octagonal oculi. A bas-relief of Orpheus by the sculptor Oscar De Clerck adorns the second floor.
