Apartment building with a shop on the ground floor, erected around 1932 by the architect Émile Dickschen for Louis Noël, which contributes to the Art Deco homogeneity of the Carmes district. Its four-level brick façade is marked by a projecting rectangular bow window, lintels of reconstituted stone decorated with geometric festoons, and spandrels clad in green faience striped with vertical copper joints. A narrow original vertical glazed bay, also projecting, lights the stairwell and breaks through the cornice; the commercial ground floor has been altered.
