Small semi-detached villa in the Art Deco style, with a small garden, set at right angles to the street and called "Le Paon" after the inscription and the carved stone on the corner. It was built for Charles De Nil under a building application of 1925, to designs by his son, the architect Emile De Nil, who himself came to live there from 1935. It is a two-storey brick building. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
