Spacious house of four bays and three storeys under a mansard roof, built under a building application of 1924 for Gustave Beaumont and designed, according to the façade inscription, by the architect Emile De Nil; Beaumont also had De Nil build nos. 67 and 71. The cement-rendered cornice façade is in the Art Deco style: ground-floor openings with chamfered upper corners, beneath an arched moulding and a relief band of stylised floral motifs, and a wider right-hand bay carrying a two-storey polygonal oriel with a domed top. The upper windows, in moulded surrounds, sit above vertically fluted breastwork with panels of geometric or figurative motifs (flowers, human figures); a decorated frieze runs beneath the wide cornice on brackets. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
