Maison bourgeoise Art déco, Hofstraat 80 — Gand

This Art Deco town house was built in 1929 for O. Leboeuf; the designer did not sign the plans. The corniced red-brick façade, enlivened with decorative brickwork on a bluestone base, sets the central window bay of the upper floors in a recessed rectangular panel. The original joinery, with its stained-glass transoms, is largely preserved. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
