An Art Deco town house by Emile De Nil, dating from around 1925 (building application of 1926), built for Gustave Beaumont, who also had nos. 69 and 71 built by the same architect. It forms the pendant of no. 71. The two-bay brick facade stands under a mansard roof and features pilasters of moulded brick and two stylised bearded masks.
