Semi-detached villa in the Art Deco style of 1927, to designs by the architect Marcel Collet; according to information received in 2024 and reported in the inventory, it may have been designed by Léon Stynen. Built in white-painted brick under an interplay of high mansard roofs, it has expressive façades, notably through the corner in natural stone and glass blocks that acts as a hinge between the two villas. A plain brick garden wall encloses it; the entrance of no. 3 has been altered. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
